I’ve combined two of my favorite styles of dance, BELLYDANCE and HIPHOP to bring you BELLYHOP, a heart pumpin’ dance class to get you moving and grooving. You will learn a new routine with step by step instruction plus moves and techniques from both genres of dance each week to take with you to your next dance party or social event. You’ll leave feeling like a BOSS! 


Warm up includes isolations, stretches, body alignment exercises and some fun grooves to keep you moving. At the end I breakdown a short routine that we can all do together to build stamina and increase musicality. This is a basic level dance class, no previous experience necessary.

What to Wear: Bring a hip wrap/coin belt if you have one and a water. No worries if you don’t have a hip wrap I have a few for borrow and some for purchase as well.

Jessica is a wonderful teacher and an amazing person in general. She shines her light and shares her positivity openly with everyone she meets. As a dance instructor she is great at making you feel confident and capable. She breaks down the moves in an easy to understand way and makes challenges fun. As a restorative yoga teacher, she creates a meditative atmosphere and guides you in a deeper reflection into yourself.
